Leeds United confirm third departure of the January transfer window

Leeds United have confirmed that Laurens De Bock has seen his Sunderland loan spell end early, with the left-back moving on loan to Dutch side ADO Den Haag for the remainder of the season.

The 27-year-old struggled for game time at the Stadium of Light this term, turning out just ten times in all competitions and will now link up with Alan Pardew, who took over the Eredivisie side on Christmas Eve.

De Bock was a January 2018 signing at Leeds , penning a four-and-a-half-year contract and endured a tough start at the club, initially under Thomas Christiansen and the under Paul Heckingbottom.

He has not featured since the arrival of Marcelo Bielsa in June 2018 and spent the majority of last season on loan at KV Oostende, back in his native Belgium.

Den Haag have confirmed that they have an option to buy the defender as a part of the deal.
