Leeds United’s players have returned to Thorp Arch for pre-season training as they make their first preparations for the new Premier League campaign.
Just 23 days after the Whites battered Charlton Athletic on the final day of the Championship season, United’s players are back at the training ground.
Many of the players have been abroad for short periods since the title-winning term ended, but the vast majority of them returned to West Yorkshire on Thursday.
Ian Poveda shared an image of himself with Tyler Roberts and Kalvin Phillips at the training ground on Instagram, while Matuesz Bogusz also revealed he was back in the dressing room.
The major difference is the kit they are wearing. Gone are the silver t-shirts made by Kappa, traded for the sleek, black gear bearing Adidas’s three stripes.
The major announcement everyone is waiting for remains that of Marcelo Bielsa, the head coach who remains in the area and was spotted yesterday in Wetherby.
