There was plenty of chatter around social media as Jack Clarke was left out of the squad entirely for Leeds United's trip to Wigan.
The 18-year-old wide man joined Tottenham Hotspur for a £10m fee in the summer before joining back up with Marcelo Bielsa's team on loan for the upcoming season.
It's thought that he misses out on the matchday squad due to a regulation that means only five loanees can be named together. Against Wigan, Bielsa has opted for Ben White and Jack Harrison in the starting line-up, with Helder Costa, Eddie Nketiah and goalkeeper Illan Meslier occupying the rest of the available loanee slots.
Tottenham fans don't appear best pleased at his lack of opportunities, while Leeds supporters have also had lots to say.

If you bring on a winger, Costa would be the first one on every single time. The chances of two wingers being brought on with enough time to make an impact are low.

I assume there has to be a clause where Spurs pay a penalty to Leeds for his early return. I'd rather Clarke in our U23s building chemistry with Parrott if Bielsa isn't going to select t him.
