Leeds United and Everton learn FA punishment following Goodison Park melee

Leeds United have been fined £35,000 for failing to ensure their players 'conducted themselves in an orderly manner' during their 1-0 defeat against Everton at Goodison Park last month.

Everton have also received a fine of £55,000. Both sets of players were involved in a mass confrontation in front of the away supporters, after Dwight McNeil and Tyler Adams clashed after tussling for the ball.

The incident, which took place in the 42nd minute, led to Everton pair McNeil and Abdoulaye Doucoure, and Leeds duo Adams and Weston McKennie receiving yellow cards.
