Today I'll be looking at a lively debate at Leeds Civic Hall yesterday over proposals to build a waste incinerator at Skelton Grange. I'll also be bringing you the decisions on a whole host of planning applications across the city.

Here's what's making Leeds tick today

Work has now begun on the £4 million 22 environmentally friendly homes at Chapel Hill in Morley Bottoms. There are pictures (including the one above) and a report over at Leeds Virtual Newsroom.
