A Leeds takeaway had been named and shamed as tax dodgers after owing over £100,000.
My Favourite Chicken Ltd, formerly known as Sopranos, has been named by official government data as owing £103,549 and have been charged £49,185.73 in total penalties.
The Seacroft takeaway on Boggart Hill Drive, Leeds changed it's name from Sopranos to My Favourite Chicken in 2020.
The takeaway is still trading under the name of Sopranos, however, the government officially lists its name as My Favourite Chicken Ltd.

The takeaway is still listed on online app Just Eat to order from.
The government listed over 100 companies across the country which had deliberately dodged paying tax, with Sopranos/My Favourite Chicken Ltd. being the only one from Leeds to be on the list.
