Leeds St Patrick's Day Parade is returning to the city after a break of two years.
The festivities couldn’t take place because of the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. So, a big crowd is expected to welcome the return of the fun.
Leeds St Patrick’s Day Parade 2022 will take place on Sunday, March 13 with the parade featuring floats, bands and displays. The parade will begin at 11am with the route starting in Millennium Square, with the floats situated on the lower part of Great George Street.

Once all the walkers and pipe bands have entered Great George Street the floats will follow.
To ensure the smooth running of the event there will be some road closures in place to help with the smooth running of the event.

As well as the parade, there will also be lots of entertainment running in Leeds as part of the day.
A packed entertainment programme, beginning at 10am, will also be running in Millennium Square until 4pm. You’ll certainly be able to get yourself a Guinness there.
