Leeds set for white Christmas as snow forecast confirmed

It looks like we'll be getting some snow in Leeds over Christmas.

Met Office experts have spoken of the strong possibility of some parts of northern England experiencing substantial snowfall.

The Met Office meteorologist Annie Shuttleworth said: “We could see some snow showers over the hills in northern parts of the UK – it’s probably the most likely place to see any snow.”

At the moment, it doesn't like we'll get a white Christmas in Leeds but we likely will in some parts of North Yorkshire.
