Leeds Rhinos' squad numbers are out for 2022 and it's fair to say that there are some eye-catching changes.
Richard Agar's 32-man squad has been named, with all four of the club's off-season signing given starting jerseys.
David Fusitua (2), Blake Austin (6), Aidan Sezer (7) and James Bentley (11) all have taken senior numbers at the club.
That, inevitably, has meant some players have been given 'downgrades', losing senior shirts. Those two players are Tom Briscoe and Alex Mellor, who have lost the number 2 and 11 shirts respectively. It should be noted Briscoe has reverted to 20 in line with his testimonial celebrations. Briscoe wore that number when he first joined Leeds in 2014.
For other players, they have moved up the squad numbers, with young players being rewarded after strong seasons.

Downgraded numbers: Tom Briscoe (2 to 20), Alex Mellor (11 to 15).
