Jack Broadbent: As energetic as ever and safe at the back aside from two moments towards the end of the first half when he was caught out, the first courtesy of a smart bit of play by Zak Hardaker with James Donaldson down in backplay. 6
Tom Briscoe: Made an early break and Wigan Warriors found his strong carries hard to handle all night. 7
Alex Sutcliffe: A strong start but faded after being outfoxed by Liam Farrell for the opening try. 6
Alex Mellor: Scored Leeds Rhinos’ only try in a good effort out of position at centre. 6
Luke Briscoe: Came up with a try-saver to deny Hardaker and laid on Mellor’s try with a nice offload. 7
Rhyse Martin: The emergency half-back tried hard and was steady in the main but failed to find touch and missed Jackson Hastings for the Australian’s try in a costly minute for the Rhinos. 6
Kyle Eastmond: The 31-year-old was a passenger in the first half on his first rugby league appearance since 2011 and only really came to life in a five-minute period after the break. 5
Mikolaj Oledzki: A Herculean effort from the big prop as he ran his blood to water in the middle. 8
Kruise Leeming: Leeds looked more dangerous while Leeming was on the field, although his kicking game left something to be desired. 7
Matt Prior: Worked hard but two errors close to the Wigan tryline halted Leeds’ momentum in the first half. 6
Sam Walters: Still finding his way at Super League level and will be better for this experience against a strong Wigan pack. 6
James Donaldson: A typically busy performance from the Cumbrian but failed to make a dent in the Wigan pack.6
Cameron Smith: Looked dangerous with ball in hand and threatened to have a major say in the match before fading somewhat. 7
Bench
Brad Dwyer: Schemed around the ruck as he always does but the Warriors did a good job of containing him. 6
Jarrod O'Connor: No fear from the youngster but it just wasn’t his night. 5
Morgan Gannon: Got on too late to have any kind of impact. N/A
Corey Hall: Failed to get on. N/A
