Leeds Rhinos name squad for Super League semi-final showdown with St Helens

Leeds Rhinos coach Richard Agar has named an unchanged 21-man squad for Friday's Super League play-off semi-final with St Helens.

After the likes of Mikolaj Oledzki and Zane Tetevano made their comebacks in last week's victory at Wigan Warriors, Agar has been able to name the majority of his big players for a game that will determine whether or not the Rhinos end their four-year absence from the Grand Final.

On top of the 17 players who won at the DW Stadium last weekend, Alex Mellor, King Vuniyayawa, Jack Broadbent and Morgan Gannon have also been included in the 21-man squad.

It means Agar has a number of welcome selection headaches following a season in which he has often been reduced to the bare bones in his squad.

Long-term injury victims Liam Sutcliffe, Luke Gale and Jack Walker are absent, while Corey Johnson and Callum McLelland are also on the sidelines with injury.

Leeds Rhinos 21-man squad: Tom Briscoe, Harry Newman, Konrad Hurrell, Ash Handley, Rob Lui, Matt Prior, Kruise Leeming, Mikolaj Oledzki, Alex Mellor, Rhyse Martin, Zane Tetevano, Brad Dwyer, Richie Myler, Cameron Smith, Tom Holroyd, King Vuniyayawa, Bodene Thompson, Luke Briscoe, James Donaldson, Jack Broadbent, Morgan Gannon.
