A popular Leeds restaurant is serving up a Christmas treat this festive season in the shape of a pizza topped with an entire Sunday roast.
Franco Manca will serve up the delicacy between November 15 and December 24. Their menu includes The Roast Topside of Beef Pizza which is topped with tenderstem broccoli, mozzarella, taleggio cheese and a Yorkshire pudding, all on a potato base, complete with a drizzle of gravy.
But if you’re a fan of the festive brussel sprout, you can order the Porchetta Pizza which is made up of classic Brussels sprouts, mozzarella, Colston Bassett Stilton, a Yorkshire pudding and finished with gravy. The menu also has a vegetarian option - a butternut squash cream base with wilted spinach, halloumi cheese, mozzarella and juicy pomegranate, toasted hazelnuts and a balsamic glaze.

The Christmas menu also includes three new dips, Warm Gravy, Punchy Horseradish and Sweet Apple Sauce and starters of Oven-baked Bruschetta topped with roasted baby plum tomatoes and Prosociano vegan cheese, a Cheese Fonduta with taleggio, Colston Bassett Stilton and Franco & Cantarelli cheese served with sourdough bread or a Winter Salad featuring oranges, shallots, pomegranate, prosociano vegan cheese and fennel finished with a lemon vinaigrette and toasted hazelnuts.
For dessert there is the Caramel Pecan Cheesecake, Homemade Tiramisu and Italian Affogato. Alfonso Marseglia, Executive Chef at Franco Manca, said: “This Christmas we wanted to do things differently by bringing together an extraordinary duo - our famous sourdough pizza and all the ingredients of a classic British roast dinner.
"That’s right, we’ve put Yorkshire pudding on a pizza. Whether you’re going for the beef, the pork or the veggie option, we can guarantee you’ve never experienced pizza quite like this before!”
