The re-opening date for Leeds Playhouse has been announced after a £15.8million capital redevelopment.
Two of the stages are being rejuvenated, and one brand new performance space will be opening too.
The playhouse has been undergoing a makeover to become a 'fully modernised' theatre space, and will re-open on October 3 for Trojan Horse.
An open weekend will allow visitors to explore the space between October 11-13, and the Autumn/Winter season will follow after.
Leeds Playhouse Artistic Director James Brining said: “The transformed Leeds Playhouse marks the most exciting new chapter in our history for decades and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to enjoy and explore.
"The new building will allow us to offer the magic of theatre to everyone, all under one roof."
