Leeds Met Office weather forecast for Tuesday as city set for cloudy day

The feeling of disappointment for people going back to work after enjoying their Bank Holiday weekends is expected to be reflected in the weather in Leeds.

The Met Office is predicting overcast skies in Leeds for much of Tuesday, with temperatures peaking at 13°C and hitting lows of 8°C in the morning.

Rain is predicted to fall during the night before the sun rises at 5.27am. From 6am the temperature will be at around 8°C before going up to 10°C at around 11am.

It's set to be a cloudy and overcast day throughout Tuesday, with a 10% or 20% chance of rain at different parts of the day from 8am until sunset at 8.40pm. Temperatures are predicted to peak at 13°C at around 5pm.

From 6pm onwards the skies are set to be less cloudy than earlier in the day and wind gusts will hit 10mph throughout the day.
