No coronavirus deaths have been recorded at NHS hospitals in Leeds for 20 days.
Leeds has recorded the highest number of Covid-19 related hospital deaths (338) in Yorkshire during the pandemic, but the city's hospitals have not lost a patient to the virus since July 15.
According to figures published by the Office for National Statistics, coronavirus has claimed the lives of 711 people in Leeds so far.
NHS England says another six people, including one who was being cared for by Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust, have died after testing positive for Covid-19.
They were between the ages of 46 and 93 and all of them had underlying health conditions.
According to NHS figures, 2,573 coronavirus patients have died at Yorkshire hospitals during the pandemic, with 11 of those deaths occurring over the last seven days.
Last week, health secretary Matt Hancock imposed restrictions in Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees and Greater Manchester, which ban separate households from meeting each other at homes and hospitality venues, following a spike in Covid-19 cases.
He said the new local lockdowns have been brought in because people have been ignoring social distancing rules in each other's homes.
Across England, 29,358 people have lost their lives after testing positive for the virus.
Yesterday, Public Health England said 305,623 people, including 31,421 in Yorkshire, have tested positive for the virus so far.
