No coronavirus deaths have been recorded in Leeds hospitals in the past 24 hours.
It is the third day in a row no new deaths were recorded and means the total coronavirus deaths in Leeds hospitals since the start of the outbreak stays at 328.
Across Yorkshire, three deaths were recorded - one each at hospitals in Barnsley, Bradford and Doncaster.
That takes the total number of coronavirus deaths in Yorkshire hospitals to 2,448.
Meanwhile, the NHS recorded 46 coronavirus deaths in English hospitals over the same period, taking the national total to 28,384.
An NHS spokesperson said: "A further 46 people, who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 28,384.
"Patients were aged between 51 and 97 years old. Two of the patients (aged 84 and 87) had no known underlying health conditions.
"Their families have been informed."
The figures were released around an hour after Boris Johnson announced the biggest relaxing of coronavirus lockdown measures since the start of the outbreak.
In a speech to the House of Commons, the Prime Minister said the two metre social distancing rule was to be reduced to one metre and pubs, cinemas, hairdressers and barbers are among businesses allowed to reopen on July 4.
