It's (almost) the most wonderful time of the year, and once again Leeds will be in full festive spirit when the German Christmas Market returns to the city.
Whether you like a mooch around the stalls, a salty pretzel or even a mulled wine - the market has something for everyone!
The family friendly market will be boasting over 40 traditionally decorated wooden chalet stalls featuring handcrafted toys, jewellery, festive decorations and authentic German delicacies, along with the popular Christmas Carousel and other rides and attractions.
Thousands of people turn up every year for the market, which is one of the most popular events of Leeds' festive season.

When is it?
The German Christmas Market is back in Leeds in November once again, and will be running from Friday, November 8 right through till just before Christmas on Saturday, December 21.
Opening times
The German Market will be open every day from 10.30am until 9.30pm every day apart from Sunday.
On a Sunday it will be open from 10.30am to 7.30pm.
Entry Fee
The great thing about the Christmas Market is that it is absolutely free! You will have to pay for gifts, or if you want to buy some bratwurst or a stein of beer, though.
Location
Once again the market will be based at Millennium Square in Leeds city centre.
Unlike Manchester where the market is quite spread out, the Christmas Market in Leeds is confined to one area.
