Leeds German Christmas Market 2019 dates revealed

The dates for Leeds Christmas Market 2019 have been revealed and here’s all the festive cheer you can enjoy.

Taking place in Millennium Square, the popular Leeds city centre attraction will house around 40 traditional wooden chalet stalls selling gifts and all kinds of trinkets.

There will also be bars at the long-running Christkindelmarkt German Christmas Market where you can sip the finest Bavarian beers.

And, of course, there will be lots of German delicacies for you to feast on. These will include gluhwein, bratwurst sausages, schnitzels, goulash, stollen, gingerbread, roasted nuts and candied fruits.

The traditional carousel is also expected to return.

According to Leeds City Council, the Christmas market will be running between Friday, November 8 and Saturday, December 21 this year.

Ahead of the markets opening, we’ll bring you everything you need to know.
