Leeds Dope Burger forced to apologise to customers after orders 'rejected' due to huge demand

Dope Burger has been forced to apologise to customers in Leeds after orders were "rejected" due to a huge demand over the weekend.

Home of the signature rainbow burger, the eatery had opened in Headingley after the business made its name in Hull.

After opening just last week, the burger joint has been hugely popular across the city.

So popular, that in fact they had struggled to keep up with demand.

Dope Burger had to apologise to customers after rejecting a number of orders.

Posting on their Facebook, Dope Burger said: "Sorry to those that couldn’t order in Leeds yesterday we hit capacity and it’s important we maintain quality.

"If your order is rejected please leave it for the day and try again the next day #staydope."

Announcing their opening last week, the firm said: “At Dope Burger we offer meals of excellent quality and invite you to try our delicious street food.

"The key to our success is simple; providing quality consistent food that tastes great every single time. We pride ourselves on serving our customers delicious genuine dishes like our signature Dope Burger.

“We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support.”
