England Women's World Cup star gets a special tribute

A Domino's pizza restaurant in Headingley has undergone a shiny makeover to honour a famous former employee.

England women's right-back Lucy Bronze used to work at the store on St. Anne's Road when she was a student in Leeds.

Nowadays she slices open opposition defences rather than pepperoni pizza, with England manager Phil Neville recently describing her as the 'best player in the world'.

England are playing the USA in the World Cup semi-final on Tuesday evening (02/07), and the defender's former colleagues have honoured her by making their storefront bronze.

Bronze has shone throughout the tournament, particularly when scoring a long-range goal in the quarter-final win over Norway.

The semi-final game represents one of the biggest ever tests for England, as they aim to pull off an upset against three-time World Cup winners USA.

How can I watch the game?

The game is being broadcast live on BBC One, with kick-off coming at 8pm.

The programme and build-up will start at 7:30pm.
