Three jobs with salaries of up to £87,000 are currently available at Leeds City Council.
The local authority is advertising for three high-paying roles to spearhead the city's public health strategy, with a particular focus on mental health and working alongside children and families.
The chief officer / consultant in public health jobs come with a lot of responsibility and are "demanding" roles for people with "energy, enthusiasm and skills" - but the whopping wages on offer will be the main appeal for most applicants.
Each of the three permanent roles will pay between £79,526 and £87,479.
The job description states: "We are seeking chief officer / consultant in public health posts to be part of our dynamic and collaborative public health team, and key members of the city’s public health leadership team.

"We have designed these roles to be broad in their scope, covering all three domains of public health.
"Two of these posts include specific responsibilities for public health advice and support to CCG commissioning to improve population health outcomes, as part of joint arrangements. Each role will also lead on cross-cutting public health functions for the city.
"You will be a strategic leader, driving improved health and wellbeing with Leeds communities, with a relentless focus on reducing health inequalities. In addition to working across Leeds City Council as a public health organisation, these roles require excellent relationships and joint working with Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group, other NHS partners, Public Health England, community, and private sector organisations and other key partners, as well as with the people of Leeds.
