Leeds city centre bank with only nine customers set to close

A Leeds city centre bank will close at the beginning of next year, it has been announced.

Barclays, in The Headrow, will shut its doors to customers on February 16, 2022, at 12pm.

This move comes as the number of counter transactions has gone down in the two years to March 2020 due the increased use of alternative banking.
