Forecasters have revealed what weather we are likely to see when we pull back the curtains on Christmas Day.
No doubt plenty of people across Leeds will be hoping for a magical white Christmas for the first time in years.
However, the chances of that look incredibly unlikely. In fact, it looks as though it's going to be a thoroughly miserable few days over the Christmas period instead.
As if it hasn't rained enough already recently, The Weather Channel is predicting nine consecutive days of rain either side of Christmas Day.
That includes "the worst weather of the year", when parts of the UK could be battered by 70mph winds on Thursday, December 19.
Looking ahead to Christmas Day itself, Leeds will be drenched by showers, with temperatures peaking at just 7°C. Christmas Eve and Boxing Day are likely to be the same too.
The dismal forecast suggests that it will rain on Thursday, December 19 right the way through to Friday, December 28.
For anyone hoping that it might snow on the odd occasion, then you're in for bad news.
Yes, it will be cold, but the temperature is unlikely to drop any lower than 4°C, which means it would be a huge shock to see any snow.
Let's just hope that the forecast miraculously changes in the coming days so that Christmas isn't a complete washout!
