Leeds boy Lewis Greaves missing for over 24 hours as police launch urgent appeal for 12-year-old

An urgent appeal has been released to help find a missing 12-year-old boy from Leeds.

Tyler Greaves, from Alwoodley, was last seen on Thursday evening in LS17 area of Leeds.

Police have said there are "concerns for his welfare" and have provided contact information for anyone who has any information, which can be found below.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Police are appealing for information about Tyler Greaves, who has been reported missing from Alwoodley in Leeds.

"Tyler, who is 12 years old, was last seen in the LS17 area of the city at about 9.30pm yesterday (Thursday).

"He is described as being about 5ft 2ins tall and of slim build.

"He is believed to be wearing a grey tracksuit and a green puffer jacket with black sleeves.

"Officers are continuing enquiries to locate him as there are concerns for his welfare.

"Anyone with information that may assist is asked to contact police in Leeds on 101, quoting log 1700 of 16 December."
