Marcelo Bielsa says he has not seen much of a difference between Spurs under Ryan Mason and Jose Mourinho.
Interim boss Mason has led Spurs to victories in both of the two Premier League games they have played under him since Mourinho was sacked last month, beating Southampton 2-1 and overcoming Sheffield United 4-0.
Yet they also suffered a 1-0 defeat to Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final as they struggled to pose a threat going forward with their opponents dominating possession.
Spurs now face Leeds United this weekend looking to make it three league wins from three under Mason and Whites boss Bielsa says their win over Sheffield United and the defeat to Man City cannot be looked at in isolation.
Speaking to Leeds Live, the Argentine boss said that there were unlikely to be too many differences between Mason and Mourinho's teams.
He said: "Not so much. It's the same players with a similar distribution.
"Of course, if they beat an opponent by four goals, the evaluation increases. It's not the same to evaluate them after the final against [Manchester] City than this one against Sheffield United. It needs a different evaluation.
"The City game left certain conclusions that differ from the conclusions of the last Premier League game.
"Finally, the team is not their last game, but the trajectory of their campaign. We can't deny the 4-0 win showed they're in a different kind of form."
With Mourinho's perceived defensive style coming in for criticism in the past, Bielsa was also asked if he felt Mason has so far played more offensively, but the Leeds boss declined to answer.
He said: "I'm not best placed to evaluate these changes between the two managers.
"There's already enough elements for you guys to make judgements on changes the new manager has had."
