Leeds artist's Greggs nails with 'sausage roll charm' design go viral

A Leeds artist's unusual design of a Greggs logo painted onto a woman's nails has gone viral.

Two pictures, which show the Greggs logo splashed across four nails with a "sausage roll charm" attached, were uploaded to Instagram by Sugar Rush Studios.

The business, which is apparently run by Burley-based nail artist Freya-Poppy, posted on Instagram three days ago: "Had to post a better pic of these cause they fully gagged me. Hand painted @greggs_official with a handmade sausage roll charm."

The post has had over 1,000 likes with people labelling the creation as "amazing", "very cool" and the "dream nails".

One woman wrote: "Okay I’m sorry but I literally need these nails bc I am obsessed with greggs sausage rolls n like those are my dream nails."

Another posted: "If Greggs don’t repost these I’ll be fumin x."

The post was shared by the Loveofhuns Instagram account, with the caption: "British nail art is unmatched".

Leeds Gogglebox star Ellie Warner responded to the post on that account with the word "iconic" and so far the post has amassed in excess of 42,000 likes.
