A further 207 people who tested positive for coronavirus have died in English hospitals, of these there were 27 confirmed in hospitals across Yorkshire.
Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust confirmed a further five deaths in the past 24 hours - the second-highest confirmed in Yorkshire in the last day.
Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust sadly had the highest number of coronavirus deaths confirmed in the last 24 hours, with seven people reported to have died.
The total number of confirmed deaths in hospitals in England has now reached 24,159.
NHS England have confirmed that, of the further 207 confirmed deaths, the patients were aged between 33 and 100-years-old.
Six of the 244 patients (aged between 35 and 95-years-old) had no known underlying health condition.
