LEE Grace will miss the second leg of Shamrock Rovers' big European Conference League play-off clash with Flora Tallinn on Thursday night.
Centre-back Grace was missed in Estonia for the first leg last week as the Hoops made a series of uncharacteristic errors and lost 4-2.
With a place in the group stages on the line in Tallaght, the experience and composure of the Galwegian would have been welcomed by Rovers boss Stephen Bradley.
However Grace is still a fortnight away having suffered a thigh injury that really came to light 12 days ago in the 2-0 victory away to KF Teuta in the last round, so he is also expected to miss Sunday's Dublin derby with Bohemians.
“Lee will miss the game," confirmed Bradley this morning. "He’ll be another week or two I’d say.
"It’s a thigh, he’s had it for a number of weeks.
"He’s had a dead leg and he’s been going game to game and after the game in Albania, it was very sore. He’s a couple of weeks."
Neil Farrugia is also on the road to recovery and misses out but 17-year-old Aidomo Emakhu, who scored on his European debut in the last round, could be available as he is expected to return to training tomorrow.
“Neil’s doing really well at the moment, touch wood all stays the same he’s doing really well, but he’s out for Thursday," said Bradley.
“Aidomo is back in tomorrow."
Danny Mandroiu, who came off the bench in Tallinn and hit the post, is in line for a return to the starting line-up.
