LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers got back to business as usual last night with both The King and Anthony Davis returning to the floor in Wednesday’s preseason victory over the Golden State Warriors.
And in the game, even though it doesn’t count, LeBron provided a highlight for the ages. On a drive in the second half of last night’s game, LeBron drove the lane with a full head of step and as he jumped he switched hands before firing a left-handed no-look pass to Danny Green for a 3-pointer.
LeBron dished 11 assists in last night’s game to go with 18 points as he was once again tasked with running the show as the team’s point guard. Rajon Rondo did not play as he was resting last night, but last night could have been a preview of how the Lakers will play the majority of the time: with everything running through LeBron as the point guard and Anthony Davis in the middle.
