LeBron James wears shirt asking ‘Do you understand now?’ before Game 5

The Milwaukee Bucks returned to the floor on Saturday afternoon and with it, they brought back the NBA Playoffs. Only a few days after the Bucks led a league-wide walkout, they returned to the floor to continue their playoff series against the Orlando Magic and so to will the Los Angeles Lakers return. The Lakers are already on their way to play Game 5 against the Portland Trail Blazers, as they look to close out their series up 3-1. LeBron James, as he has done throughout the bubble, made a statement with his attire.

James wore a shirt created by UNINTERRUPTED and plays off of one of his own Instagram posts, which showed the murder of George Floyd by a knee from police officer Derek Chauvin side-by-side with Colin Kaepernick’s protest from 2016.

LeBron was one of many players who believed it was the best path forward for the players to finish the playoffs.
