As the NBA remains on hiatus and people are gravitating to watching classic games, such as last night’s re-airing of Games 5 and 7 of the 2016 NBA Finals on ESPN. The re-air brought back memories for basketball fans from everywhere who remember watching those games in real-time, especially fans who were rooting for LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Several Cavs from that team even posted memories from that game as it seemed twitter joined in to watch.
Although LeBron did not revisit the moment with photos of his memory, he did tease that he may breakdown some of his best games and answer questions about them on Instagram Live or perhaps releasing it after filming, likely through his channel or UNINTERRUPTED.
LeBron has gone live on Instagram a couple of times already during the NBA hiatus, as James and his family practice social distancing. He’s also shown some of his old games and told stories about them in his stories. But since he’s missing the game like the rest of us, he’s got no problem going back into the archives of his own great games. Heck, we’ve been doing that for a few weeks already.
