LeBron James surprises kids with Anthony Davis at Chicago Boys and Girls Club

One of the best things about NBA All-Star Weekend is you simply never know what cool thing might happen when you least expect it. On Saturday afternoon, for a group of kids at a newly redesigned Boys and Girls Club in Chicago, they got one of the coolest surprises you’ll ever see courtesy of LeBron James.

Anthony Davis had a special Nike event at the Dr. Martin Luther King Boys and Girls Club in Chicago, which was recently redesigned by Virgil Abloh. Then as Davis was sitting at the event being interviewed by the hosts, LeBron James surprised a group of unsuspecting kids, who then rushed James on the court.

The moment was captured by ESPN’s Eric Woodyard.

After things calmed down a little bit, LeBron joined Anthony Davis on the mic at the event. LeBron and Davis have been working together better than any other duo in the NBA this season, but few plays have been as cool to see as the one they delivered to those kids on Saturday afternoon in Chicago.
