LeBron James speaks out on video showing police racism

LeBron James is never one to stick to sports on his platform. And a little bit after his Los Angeles Lakers went through a practice, James shared his displeasure with yet another documented case of racism from law enforcement.

James was alerted of a video shared by South Florida documentarian and director Billy Corben, which showed an officer of Broward County repeatedly calling a black man holding his child ‘boy.’ James obviously has connections to South Florida given his time with the Miami Heat, when he was very vocal after the murder of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman.

James continues to use his massive platform to bring attention to issues plaguing the nation and the world.
