LeBron James shares ‘surreal feelings’ about starring in ‘Space Jam 2

While the Los Angeles Lakers are a few weeks away from potentially having their roster constructed heading into the 2019-20 season, the action-packed summer for LeBron James is only beginning.

LeBron is preparing to star in the sequel to Michael Jordan’s legendary 1995 classic ‘Space Jam,’ this summer, alongside several other NBA and WNBA stars. But with the free agent period less than a week away and end to the Lakers biggest moves is in sight, it has finally hit LeBron, and his inner Kid from Akron, the magnitude of what he is about to do.

While some stars such as Steph Curry were unable to make it to the set because of other scheduling commitments, LeBron will still be joined by huge NBA stars like Damian Lillard, Klay Thompson and his new Lakers teammate Anthony Davis.

LeBron has been very busy in the entertainment space for a few years now, creating excellent television shows that have aired everywhere from ESPN to HBO. However, ‘Space Jam 2’ is the crown jewel of his major studio deal with Warner Bros, making it a bigger deal than all of the rest.
