LeBron James shared pictures of he and Russell Westbrook’s first workout together with the most LeBron caption possible

LeBron James might very well be the greatest basketball player of all time.

He’s got the MVP’s, championships, multiple NBA records and overall cultural cache to back that up. There’s not really any debating that at this point.

What we can debate, though? His social media presence. As good as he is at basketball, he’s not as good at social media. He’s OK at it for the most part. But he’s not a legendary tweeter in the mold of, say, Kevin Durant.

But where he gets in his bag, though, is Instagram. LeBron James absolutely loves a good Instagram post. And he absolutely loves giving you the corniest caption possible while doing it.

And so, of course, when he worked out with his new teammate, Russell Westbrook, he had to get some flicks off. And he also had to give us one of his patented LeBron captions.

It was so brilliant.

This tweet describes the vibe of this caption perfectly.

This is just brilliant. It’s perfect. It’s peak millennial uncle down to the finest details. The calling out of the doubters. The hat emoji for “cap.” The overall emoji overuse. The placement of all of them. The @ names in the caption instead of just tagging the folks in the photos.

It’s so glorious. This has to be one of Bron’s best captions yet. This season was already going to be great — but if we get more of these? Oh, man. Watch out.

Please, LeBron. More of these.
