LeBron James salutes Chris Bosh before Heat jersey retirement

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers have a game to play at home tonight against the Washington Wizards, but the mind of the King, at least for part of the evening is in Miami today.

The Miami Heat will retire the jersey of Chris Bosh, who teamed up with LeBron James and Dwyane Wade for four years on the Miami Heat. The Heat went to four NBA Finals during that run, winning two championships. With the occasion on the mind, James wanted to give his old Heatles teammate a shoutout.

James also recorded a video message for Bosh through the NBA.

During his six seasons in Miami, Bosh became a table-setter for the future of the center position. He was an excellent defender in the pick and roll, while also expanding his game out to the 3-point line to complement his already All-Star postgame.
