LeBron James returns love to Antonio Gibson after ‘chalk’ TD celebration

Rookie RB Antonio Gibson did his thing on Sunday afternoon, carrying the ball 20 times for 128 yards and a touchdown in Washington’s 25-3 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

While doing so, Gibson paid homage to one of the great athletes of our time, NBA legend LeBron James, by using the ‘chalk’ celebration after scoring his touchdown in the first half.

After a video of the celebration started to circulate on social media, LeBron responded and gave props to Gibson for putting together a career day. This was probably a frustrating game for LeBron to watch, as a noted Cowboys fan, but respect given where respect is due.
