Everybody has jokes for the Washington NFL team’s new, temporary name. Even LeBron James, apparently.
Earlier on Thursday, news broke that the NFL team in Washington would be calling itself the…Washington Football Team.
Obviously, it’s not the most creative name, but it gets the job done. And it’s what most people have been calling the team over the last few weeks since it changed its name.
But for some people, this name just isn’t doing it. Folks were looking for something different — something new. This is just too plain. It’s too boring. It feels lazy to some people. And it gets made fun of.
LeBron James is laughing with those people.
Sheesh. You know it’s bad when James jumps out there to clown you.
They better get that new name in order soon. Because, apparently, the jokes are flying until further notice. From all over the place.
