LeBron James posts ‘GOAT talk’ after Tom Brady makes his 10th Super Bowl

It wasn’t what his buddy and teammate Anthony Davis was hoping for, but LeBron James was more in the mood to celebrate the greatness on display Sunday afternoon as Tom Brady punched his ticket to a 10th Super Bowl, this time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 31-26, over the Green Bay Packers. And with Brady leading the way, the Buccaneers will also be the first team in the Super Bowl era to play the big game on their home field.

The accomplishment, as the underdog, was enough to get LeBron to salute Brady for what he did. Brady has often cheered on LeBron during his accomplishments, including using a gaffe of his own last fall when LeBron won his 4th championship. James shared a photo of Brady as his “mood” while also adding “GOAT talk.” The post didn’t make Davis happy, who was cheering on the Packers, who have long been his favorite team.

Davis replied with some angry face emojis and while he and fans of many teams didn’t want to see Brady in the Super Bowl again, he continues to spite the doubters and continue adding on to an unprecedented resume.
