LeBron James lobs to Anthony Davis for reverse alley-oop

It would be difficult the first quarter of 2020 going any better for the Los Angeles Lakers as they came out of the gates on fire against the Phoenix Suns in their first game of 2020.

The Lakers made their first 11 field goal attempts of the game and the Suns were completely unable to solve the Lakers defense in the early going. The leader for L.A. from a scoring perspective was Anthony Davis, who had xx in the quarter. Davis also had a couple of incredible dunks, including a reverse slam dunk on a lob from LeBron James that is a contender for one of the dunks of the season.

Davis also had another poster dunk on Phoenix’s Aron Baynes earlier in the quarter on a lob from Danny Green.

In addition to the big half for Davis, the Lakers also saw Avery Bradley go five for five from the field as L.A. shot 73.1 percent as a team. LeBron James had seven points and four assists. The Lakers lead the Suns 43-17 at the end of the first quarter.
