LeBron James is hyped on Lakers guard Alex Caruso’s coming year

Much has been made about the lack of guard play for the Los Angeles Lakers being so serious that the idea of LeBron James starting as the team’s point guard seemed like the logical best idea. But while veteran Rajon Rondo returns to the team, perhaps the player Lakers fans are most excited about his third year guard Alex Caruso. And it seems like LeBron agrees with many in Lakers Nation as he shared some of Caruso’s highlights from his nice run to finish the end of last season.

Caruso had several strong games to finish the last season as the Lakers weren’t playing for anything after being eliminated from the playoffs with about a month left in the season. Part of the reason for him not playing until later in the season was also because he was only on a two-way contract, which limits the amount of regular season games a player can play. Now on a real roster contract with the Lakers, Caruso will have a real chance to prove his game at the highest level.
