LeBron James impressed by young Dominican hooper in viral video

LeBron James was one of many people on the internet this week who loved a viral video of a young basketball player playing barefoot on a small hoop in the streets of the Dominican Republic.

Thanks to the folks at Remezcla, we now know that the kid’s name is Roldany Velez. He ended the game with a crossover and a fadeaway jumper, with a pretty dope celebration after.

When LeBron saw the video on his Instagram, he posted that he wanted to find the kid’s info so he could outfit him with some shoes to play.
