LeBron James got emotional after passing Michael Jordan on NBA’s all-time scoring list

LeBron James passed Michael Jordan on the NBA all-time scoring list Wednesday night when he hit a layup in the second quarter against the Denver Nuggets.

He was fouled on the play, too, and hit the free throw for good measure. LeBron’s now No. 4 on the list with Kobe Bryant being the next guy up.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, of course is the No 1 scorer in NBA history.

The Lakers played a video tribute during the first stoppage of play after the bucket and LeBron was pretty emotional as it played at Staples Center.
