LeBron James has been sailing the days away as he winds down the remaining moments of the NBA offseason, but Saturday was more than just another vacation day in the world of The King. Yesterday was LeBron and his wife Savannah’s fifth wedding anniversary, which they celebrated in the waters of Capri, Italy.
James shared a special moment between he and his wife on his Instagram. James and his wife were married on September 14, 2014, just about a month before he was back on the court in a Cleveland Cavaliers uniform.
James has been in Italy for most of the past week with his wife as well as a collection of different friends and guests including Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Chris Paul, as well as his friend and business partner Maverick Carter. The trip has also provided James with an opportunity to get more time away before another long season begins. He’s been busy all summer filming “Space Jam 2” and also training to get back to the playoffs after missing them for the first time since 13 years.
