LeBron James and Anthony Davis expected to play vs. Pacers

The Los Angeles Lakers are scheduled to take the court again on Saturday afternoon and they will have their star player LeBron James back in uniform after James rested in the second game of a back-to-back earlier this week.

Chris Haynes of Yahoo and the NBA on TNT reported on Saturday morning that the Lakers will have LeBron James, as well as Anthony Davis, in Saturday afternoon’s game against the Indiana Pacers. The Lakers have lost two straight games and look to avoid their second three-game losing streak of the season.

So far the Lakers have struggled mightily on the defensive end. The Lakers have failed to score over 100 points in three of their first five games in Orlando after coming into the bubble with a top-five offense. According to Basketball-Reference, their offensive ranking has dropped to 11th in the NBA after their first few games in the bubble. Of course, the Lakers locked up the No. 1 seed after their third game and clearly have a lot less to play for than they did throughout most of the regular season.
