Most of the work LeBron James does in the entertainment industry comes off camera, but one of the few roles in which he’s in front of it got him some special recognition.
James’ role as a host, alongside his business partner Maverick Carter, earned him a nomination for the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Host in a Talk or News/Information series. James is nominated alongside NBC Nightly News host Lester Holt, MSNBC host Joy Ann Reid, the Daily Show’s Trevor Noah and the hosts of Red Table Talks, including Jada Pinkett Smith.
James continues to prove one of his many mottos that he is much more than an athlete.
