Leasowe Castle in Wirral is hosting a four-day Platinum Jubilee Festival in June to celebrate the Queen's 70 years on the throne.
Many venues across the UK will be throwing parties and festivals over the bank holiday weekend to mark the occasion, and Merseyside is no exception. Wirral's 16th Century Leasowe Castle Hotel & Grounds is hosting a celebration that’s suitable for the whole family, with plenty to do across the four days.
The event will include food and drink, live music and live screenings of pageantry and concerts. There will also be exhibitions, arts & crafts, kids entertainment and more, including the lighting of the beacon on Thursday, June 2.

Leasowe Castle’s Platinum Jubilee Festival takes place from Thursday, June 2, to Sunday, June 5. Early Bird Tickets for the full four days and nights cost £25 for adults and £12.50 for children (age 5-16).
Daily Early Bird Tickets are also available, costing £10 for adults and £5 for children. Kids under the age of five can enter for free. You can book tickets here.
