LeaseFetcher is looking for a dog walker with a twist - to drive their mascot free for a year

Scottish company LeaseFetcher is looking for a shameless, dog-loving driver with a penchant for photography to look after Fetch, a car replica of its furry mascot for a whole year - for free.

In celebration of International Dog Day on August 26, LeaseFetcher have dressed up a city car to look just like their mascot, Fetch the Beagle, and are looking to recruit a driver to look after him for a year.

The job role is ‘Dog Walker With a Twist’ and applications will be accepted until September 16, 2020.

Fancy a free ride for a whole year? LeaseFetcher need a driver for their mascot, Fetch (LeaseFetcher)

Job responsibilities

These include:

  • Take Fetch out for regular walkies

  • Log your adventures with Fetch - take pictures and videos for LeaseFetcher’s social media accounts

  • Make sure you keep Fetch fueled, cleaned, and running around in tip-top condition

  • Give Fetch your full and undivided attention - that means no taking photos or videos whilst you are driving

What you'll need to apply

Before you send in your application, make sure you tick all of these boxes:

  • Must be at least 21 years old (as of 1 October 2020)

  • Must live on the UK mainland

  • Must hold a full, clean, valid UK’s driving license, which you must have had for at least 3 years as of October 2020

  • Should be an avid social media user

  • Should be a keen road-tripper with lots of ideas for showing Fetch off around the UK

  • Must have a passion for dogs

Will Craig, founder of LeaseFetcher with Fetch (LeaseFetcher)

Will Craig, founder of LeaseFetcher said: “We’re looking for a responsible driver that will motor our mascot car around the country on their holidays, for daily commutes, on weekend trips and to the shops.

“The job is simple, you get to drive a car for free (T&Cs apply), go wherever you’d like, document your travels and in return, we all get to follow Fetch’s grand road trip.”

If this sounds like the dream job for you, apply online at Leasefetcher.co.uk.
