With financial education becoming a compulsory part of the curriculum in schools in England from September 2014, My Money Week is an initiative where children between 5 and 18 are given lessons in how to manage their money and steer clear of debt.

If you're a teacher doing something special around My Money Week at your school, or a parent who has ideas about educating children about money, we'd like to hear from you. Perhaps you may have got into debt yourself in the past and would like to share your experiences.
