'Leaked' images of new Chelsea away kit Mason Mount and co will wear next season emerge online

This summer could be an exciting one for Chelsea in the transfer window as the club look to build on a successful 2020/21 season in which they finished fourth in the league and brought home a Champions League trophy last month.

The next few weeks before the start of the 2021/22 campaign also brings the chance for us to buy some new club merchandise in the form of kits.

Chelsea have already released their new home shirt for next season, which the men’s team wore in the 1-0 defeat to Leicester City at Wembley and the women’s team wore in their Champions League final loss to Barcelona.

The Blues home top for next season has officially been confirmed but the away kit is yet to be officially released ahead of next season.

This has sparked a number of Chelsea supporters leaking potential designs for what the away kit could be next term.

The latest one has emerged on website Footy Headlines on Sunday and below is what it could look like:

Footy Headlines said that the pictures "show a slightly wrong shade of yellow (officially Opti Yellow)."

"We expect the final kit to be less greenish and created edits with a "fixed" yellow colour."

Chelsea signed a deal with Nike back in 2016 that is set to run for 15-years, reportedly worth around £60million per year to the club.

This would mean the Blues could bank around £900 million throughout the deal, almost double what their previous deal with Adidas was believed to be.

So, what do you think of the potential new shirt? Be sure to let us know in the comments.
